Hi, I'm Jessica.
I'm the woman behind Golden Threads—an intuitive guide, tarot reader, energy worker, and someone who believes deeply in our ability to find our way back to ourselves.
My own spiritual journey began about eight years ago, but it wasn't a straight or simple path.
I came from a deeply religious background, which meant that finding my own spirituality required me to question a lot of what I had been taught. I had to pull things apart, decide what actually felt true to me, and slowly rebuild my relationship with spirituality, intuition, and ultimately, myself.
And life gave me plenty of opportunities to put that work into practice.
I've moved through seasons of loss, change, uncertainty, rebuilding, and becoming. Those experiences didn't give me all the answers—but they taught me how important it is to know yourself deeply enough that you don't always have to look outside of yourself for them.
That's really what Golden Threads is about.
I don't believe I heal people.
I believe you heal you.
My role is to help you hear yourself a little more clearly.
Sometimes that happens through tarot. Sometimes through energy work, dowsing, intuitive guidance, nervous-system support, or simply having someone hold space while you look honestly at what's happening underneath the surface.
These are tools—not answers handed down from someone who knows your life better than you do.
Because ultimately, you are the authority on you.
My work is about helping you uncover the threads: the patterns, emotions, beliefs, intuition, and pieces of yourself that may have become tangled along the way. From there, you get to decide what healing, growth, and alignment look like for you.
I've been intentionally walking my spiritual path for approximately eight years and working with tarot for four, including professionally for the past year. Over time, my practice has expanded to include dowsing, intuitive and channeled guidance, energy work, mediumship and nervous-system-focused practices.
But I don't believe spirituality is measured by how many tools you own, rituals you perform, or labels you collect.
For me, the deepest spiritual work has always been about becoming more honest, more grounded, more self-aware, and more connected to your own inner knowing.
That philosophy is at the heart of everything I offer through Golden Threads.
You don't need someone to save you.
You may just need support while you remember how powerful you already are.
Golden Threads is a space for exploration, clarity, connection, and self-discovery. I can offer perspective. I can help illuminate patterns. I can work with energy. I can ask the questions. I can hold space.
But you choose what you do with what comes through.
Your healing belongs to you.
Your choices belong to you.
